I was keen to make this recipe as simple as possible - and even without blanching first this lovage oil is wonderfully vibrant! But I'll definitely try blanching next time. I'm sure the slightly softer herb will blend easier, too. Hugo.

I’m keen to try this Huge. I might have to grow the borage first though.
It's a wonderful perennial so will come back year after year - works well in a pot otherwise grows quite vigorously! My favourite herb.
